Program Description

Year 6 training (the first level of the Advanced classes) program focuses on the development of tours in grand poses from various positions. Teachers ensure the intensive work on the combined rotations on demi-pointe and pointe on the spot and travelling (starting to include two tours in grand poses or pirouettes).
Year 6 training includes the extended adagio sequences with the use of body tilts, grand fouetté, en tournant, various types of rotations. The battery jumps technique becomes more complicated. Students work on big jumps from different positions and movements.
